Terms of Service

These terms ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Enterprise4IT CRM platform provided by Enterpriseon OÜ ("we", "us"), a company registered in Estonia (EU).

1. Definitions

  • Service: The Enterprise4IT CRM platform, including all modules, integrations, and related services.
  • Customer: The organization or individual that registers an account and accepts these Terms.
  • User: A natural person given access to the Service by the Customer.
  • Data: All information that the Customer or its Users store in the Service.

2. Account and Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • You are responsible for protecting your login credentials.
  • A free trial period of 14 days is offered without credit card. After the trial, a paid subscription is required.

3. Subscription and Payment

  • Prices are listed on our pricing page and quoted excluding VAT.
  • Payment is made monthly or annually in advance.
  • We reserve the right to adjust prices with 30 days’ notice.
  • If payment is not received, access may be restricted after a reminder.

4. Use of the Service

You agree to:

  • Use the Service in accordance with applicable law, including GDPR.
  • Not share login credentials with unauthorized parties.
  • Not attempt to circumvent security features or restrictions.
  • Not use the Service for illegal activities, spam, or harassment.

5. Data and Ownership

  • You retain all rights to your Data.
  • We process your Data solely to provide the Service, in accordance with our Privacy Policy and any applicable DPA.
  • All Data is stored within the EU.
  • Upon termination, you can export your Data within 30 days.

6. Availability and Support

  • We target 99.5% uptime measured on a monthly basis.
  • Planned maintenance is announced at least 48 hours in advance.
  • Support is provided via email. Enterprise customers have priority support with SLA.

7. Termination

  • You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • No refunds are given for already paid periods.
  • We may terminate your access for breach of these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • The Service is provided "as is".
  • We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss beyond what mandatory law requires.
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months.

9. Changes to Terms

Material changes will be notified via email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Estonian law. Disputes shall be referred to Harju Maakohus (Tallinn District Court, Estonia).
